In Santiago Chile a zone of emergency was declared after General Carlos Prats fired at a car and the driver of a Tongue-out incident. A Cox de Valdivieso woman was arrested and will face a military court. The crowd clashed with police as tear gas dispersed rioters on Castanera Avenue near the Mapocho River.
