Indiana Borough police arrested Steve Matty 26 of Creekside R D 1 after a hit and run on Nixon avenue last night. Matty was nabbed near his home at 2 50 am by Patrolmen Schrec onost and Flick and jailed awaiting disposition. Leslie Householder 257 N Sixth street Indiana reported seeing a black car speed toward him and collide, then drive away. A tip led investigators to the license number and Matty’s arrest within five hours. Both cars suffered left front damage. Householder’s car was damaged on the side. Matty had just bought his car at 5 pm the day of the accident.
