Harrisburg June 22 After one of the longest lists on record the Pardon Board adjourned hearings began Tuesday and a night session was held. Of 63 heard 33 applications were refused 14 recommended and six continued. H J H Filler of Westmoreland County convicted of murder on November 19 1914 was refused commutation and awaits the Governor to set a date for execution. The Webber murder case in Berks County 1894 was continued.
