Fire In Claridge Destroys Buildings. Damage Estimated at $30,000
Firemen from 12 companies battled a four hour blaze on Claridge main street starting in a second floor of an unoccupied frame house. The fire gutted a vacant store and an American Legion post. three buildings were saved. One firefighter was injured in the effort. No other injuries reported.
