Washington June 20 Rep Marlon A Zioncheck of Washington State planned to oppose DC authorities attempt to confine him as an insane person. Relatives will engage counsel for a jury hearing set for June 26 after the district supreme court issued the order following a petition by the commissioners to confine him at St Elizabeths hospital for treatment of mental and nervous disorders. The commissioners said Zioncheck is an insane person with homicidal or dangerous tendencies.
