Philadelphia June 17 Homer A Rhodeheaver choirmaster and slip horn artist emphatically denied charges that he cheated Benton J Ackley who recently resigned from the Billy Sunday entourage. He said Ackley knows he has always played fair and suggested a grievance linked to a man associated with liquor dealers may explain the charges.
