Philadelphia June 16 Twenty four transmission lines from 18 television stations will carry live coverage of the Republican National Convention to about 10,000,000 people. The General Television Committee for convention coverage announced today that four network systems and several independents will pool resources to relay every minute of the proceedings. Stations stretch from Boston to Richmond with coaxial cable and microwave links and films will be flown to western stations lacking direct facilities.
