In Ridgway Pennsylvania on June 16 UP reported the trial of Dr BE H Mackinley an Al toona physician on assault and battery with intent to kill in connection with an alleged attack on his wife. Aukiman man found guilty of disturbing peace
Andy Johnovich of Aukiman was found guilty of disorderly conduct and for surety of the peace at a hearing before Squire Walter I. Jackson yesterday afternoon. He was committed to the county jail in default of $300 bail after the hearing. Mrs. Kleya alleged he threatened to kill her and her husband during a disturbance at their home Sunday night. Johnavich was taken into custody by Special Officer Jon Cusina of Aultman and jailed for the hearing.

Fairmount Park Maniac Is Killed In Philadelphia
An unidentified maniac who terrorized people in Fairmount Park last night threatened men and women with a pistol. He wounded Mrs. Anne Kulch, 33, who was the only injury in the attack, and was taken to a hospital with gunshot wounds in her back. In a running gunfight with Park Police Lieutenant John Butler, the assailant was killed after firing eight shots at Mrs. Kulch and her husband.
