Mitchell Told To Stonewall Full Story
Los Angeles Times cites an unpublished House Judiciary memo saying Nixon after learning Watergate details urged John Mitchell to stonewall and plead the Fifth Amendment. The Dixon report notes a March 21 1973 talk with Dean Haldeman and Ehrlichman about a written general report to justify inaction. Nixon allegedly advised Mitchell to plead the Fifth in a later discussion.
