A sheet of thirty six stamps commemorating the Ratification of the United States Constitution is on display in the State Museum. The stamps formed part of a larger fifty stamp Federal issue bought at Independence Hall on June 21 by Charlotte Elizabeth Morris, a descendant of Robert Morris. Farmer Relocates Private Road to Suit Farm Needs
In McKean County a farmer dissatisfied with a state rural route by his land rebuilt a relocated section near Mt. Jewett at his own expense.
