A public hearing on Yellow Creek State Park will be held Friday August 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Indiana. Everett Knowles, 15, who had the first successful reimplantation of a human limb, broke his upper forearm when he fell from a wall in Somerville.
