Cherryhill Man Dies After Collision Near Heilwood
Frank Coy 61, a Cherryhill township farmer, died in Indiana Hospital from a skull fracture suffered when his car was struck by a truck at the Penn Run Heilwood highway intersection. The truck, operated by Victor Frank of Barnesboro, shoved Coy’s car over a embankment after both vehicles left the road. Two Cherry Tree R. F. D. passengers, Warren and Arthur Boring, escaped injury. Coroner Dr. F. W. St. Clair planned an inquest after patrol completed investigations.

Harrisburg July 27 Unanimous decision to return the probe of charges against W D B Ainey Public Service Commission chairman to the Senate floor was reached today by the trial investigating committee. The report recommends a further inquiry at which Ainey will be required to defend himself, based on testimony under oath presented to the committee. The formal report does not specify whether the new inquiry rests on Chapman charges or on Pinchot accusations. Three weeks of hearings failed to yield sufficient evidence to back Chapman charges to level a formal Senate charge against Ainey.
