A. B. Slagle state organizer of the Loyal Order of Moose is in Indiana to install a branch lodge. The charter closes August 16 with Mr. Slater expecting 300 members enrolled. The order has 6,600 lodges nationwide and grows, aiming to promote fraternal and social welfare.
Bolivar School Board met Friday July 16 and chose teachers for the coming term starting September 6. Room 1 Miss Emma McKelvey $55 salary, Room 2 Miss Mabel Hughes $50, Room 3 Miss Ora McHail $50, Room 4 Miss Lillian Clifford $55, High School Prof Ralph McKelvey $50 from New Wilmington Pa, a graduate of Westmaster College and an able instructor.
