Fetzer Dies in Action at Camp F Ten Soldiers Camp

Lieutenant Colonel Fetzer a Pennsylvania National Guard officer died from enemy shell fragment while serving with the 110th Infantry after earlier combat with the Virst Pennsylvania Cavalry. Division HQ to open July 8, Camp Commander Mt. Gren, advance party from First Cavalry and infantry units to report by July 30. Also notes on personnel moves, train travel, and Romania forest territory expansion.
