Relatives and doctor recalled, undertaker prepared, signs of life appeared, and Jones regained consciousness. She remains in recovery with steady improvement and is expected to fully recover.

At Dover on July 17 two men and a woman drowned when a boat capsized during an outing. Five others, including Eva Thi bault Langlois and Peter oo, were rescued in a hazardous attempt to save them. The craft sank after the boat filled with water, leaving nearby observers unable to aid in time.
