OTTAWA AP Ships moved through the St Lawrence Seaway again after a 24 day strike that idled about 300 ships and cost an estimated 20 million in wages tolls and losses. Traffic resumed after 1200 striking workers voted 72 percent in favor of a three year wage deal plus 4 percent in fringe benefits. The accord will cost the seaway authority 2 million over the three years. 75 ocean ships and over 100 lake vessels were stalled during the stoppage.
