Identity of man sought by coroner in forest county

Coroner Eugene J. Pifer said fingerprints were sent to Washington to identify a 41-year-old man killed in a coal rack accident on the General Kane highway north of Marienville. He believed the man was a World War II veteran.

Taunted dog goes to prison in police court clash
