HUNTINGDON July 13 A new ordinance makes it a misdemeanor to appear on Huntingdon streets between 9 p m and 5 00 a m with a soldier or sailor unless he is a family member or in the immediate family. Punishment includes a 50 dollar fine or up to six months imprisonment or both.
