Points On People Visits Across Latrobe Area Inquiries

Doan's Ointment Endorsedfor Skin Ailments and School Board Meet

Mrs H S Buchanan of Indiana Pennsylvania testifies Doan's Ointment relieved a rash and itching in her family and kept it from returning. The notice also lists the White School Board meeting at the Court House on July 16 1908 to hire teachers with certificates due at 10 30 a m and bids for fuel including coal and kindling details.

Diarrhoea and Cholera Remedy A Century

In 1872 a cholera and diarrhoea outbreak prompted Chamberlains Colic Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedy to be introduced and it remained the leading treatment for thirty five years. The remedy gained wide use across the United States and abroad as nine druggists often recommended it despite other profitable medicines. Lutheran church observes sacrament with new members

The sacrament of the Lord's Supper was observed in the Lutheran church on Sabbath. Fourteen new members were received into the church. This is the most successful communion ever held in the Lutheran church and the benevolent fund collection was larger than ever before.
