The Todiana Evening Gazette is published daily and on Sundays by Walter H. Jackson as editor. The office and printing plant are located in the Gazette Building on Carpenter Avenue in Todiana, Pennsylvania, and the paper is entered in the Indiana Postage second class mail matter.

Submarine Bonita misjudged distance off Provincetown Massachusetts and rammed the gunboat Castine during undersea maneuvers. Castine beached with crew saved. Bonita and other subs escaped damage, no injuries reported. Castine crew notified Boston yard and Washington naval authorities.
Baltimore July 12 Rev Marvey Anderson a nesra preacher urged boxing be taught in colored schools to end razor use and deadly weapons. He praised Johnson the negro athlete as a model for boys to pursue diligent work in any chosen field.
