Frank M Fuller longtime Republican secretary of the commonwealth died suddenly in Uniontown Pennsylvania after heart trouble and stroke of paralysis. His wife witnessed his collapse in the garden about 3 o clock and he died at 10:40 pm. Doctors John Fuller and James H Smith could not save him. He had served as secretary since January 20 1903 and was active in Fayette county and state committees. He is survived by Mrs Fuller his brother Dr John Fuller and sister Elizabeth Fuller.
Elks crowds flood Buffalo for the annual lodge reunion with politics the main topic. Robert W. Brown of Idilaville is expected to be grand exalted ruler with no opposition. C F Comlinson of Winston N C seeks grand esteemed loyal knight while competition grows for other offices. Fred C Robinson of Dubuque and John K Tener of Charleroi are deemed likely reelected secretay and treasurer. Two trustees will be chosen, replacing John F OShay and W H Haviland as terms end.

His brother F Tennyson Seely witnessed the fatal jump and rescue attempts, with the roof scene leading to a tragic end for Neely. Nearby, Harrisburg fragments report the dynamite boss James Wiseman killed by a premature blast near New Cumberland and burial of four unnamed foreigners in Lemoyne Catholic cemetery.

Colonel Potter, director of public safety, requested the resignation citing records showing past favoritism and selective permit revocation to benefit a well known politician and oppress others.
Harrisburg July 11 Dairy and Food Commissioner Warren mailed circulars to Pennsylvania clergymen urging co operation to suppress sale of intoxicating liquors adulterated with irritants and poisons. State Supreme Court decision blocks arrests for selling adulterated liquors. pure food law not covering liquors.
