Escaped Convict Captured Near Saltsburg

A Rockview penitentiary escapee was seized at 11:30 PM by three state policemen and two Saltsburg constables, three miles from Saltsburg on the Indiana road. Philadelphia July 8 In Pennsylvania Railroad officials receive a 6 percent salary reduction for all drivers effective July 1. This comes after two prior 17 percent cuts last year.
