Chief Justice Fuller Dies At Seventy Seven

Chief Justice Melville W. Fuller of the United States Supreme Court died at his summer home in Sorrento near here. The death was due to heart failure superinduced by Brights disease. Fuller was seventy seven last February and had shown no symptoms of illness before retiring to his usual health. He leaves a daughter Mrs. Francis and a granddaughter Miss Aubrey Francis. Funeral services will be held at the Church of the Redeemer with interment in Chicago.
