H Greene is busy harvesting a large crop of strawberries. Clay Myers has purchased a new Buick car. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Brown were in Indiana on Saturday to see Mrs. Brown's mother, Mrs. J Knox Carney who is quite ill. Mr. and Mrs. W T Merrick and children Bobbie and Irene of Indiana visited in the Wolfe home the first of the week. Mrs. Dale Greene visited in the W H Greene home on Tuesday. Quite a little damage was done through this section of the country on last Saturday night during the storm. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Snyder visited in the James Makin home on Sunday. Don’t forget Manor factory Society on Saturday evening duly the. Agnes Reade who has been teaching in Philadelphia the last year is accompanied by her daughter Helen on a visit to friends in or Hill. They expect to return to Philadelphia Saturday where Mrs. Reade expects to teach the coming term.
