Bayne Hicks a 27 year old Indiana man linked by Wright in multiple area burglaries was released from Indiana County Jail after a hearing before Justice Walter Jackson. State Police found no evidence Hicks participated in the burglaries Wright named him in. Charges were dropped and Wright’s suicide note absolved Hicks. Hicks passed a lie detector test and said he has not seen Wright since 1938.
Jack E. Abel, 19, of Flushing Ohio, was electrocuted yesterday after contacting a 25 000 volt power line while employed by Zimmerman Engineering Co of Philadelphia The fatal accident occurred near Washington Pennsylvania with Fireworks, Indiana noted in the source text.

The motorcycle corps leads, followed by Vernon Poole carrying the flag, with VFW and American Legion color guards and a lineup including Derry Band, Clymer Grange 1749, Hore Grange 1782, Indiana B, and See 4th of July Big Car Races in Indiana.
Washington treasury bookkeepers project fiscal 1952 deficit at about five billion dollars with spending near 7 billion and revenue around 62 billion.
