Kansas City Mo Jan 81 plans are under way for DeMolay chapters to discuss the fourth part of the American Citizenship practice series. Patrols and bands may be used in cities to educate DeMolays on civic duties and voting. Each chapter is to use actual ballots during the citizenship program.
