Obituaries of Glenwood Coal Co night watchman and Dixonville residents
Sal yer Jo reg) to an en emi to his late illness he was employed as night watchman by the Glenwood Coal Co. Mr. Jones' wife died in April 1908 and as far as known he has no living relatives in this country. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Chas. F. Carll at his late residence Tuesday afternoon Jan. 25. Interment was made in the Burnside cemetery. Samuel Donahue, one of the oldest residents of Dixonville, died Monday Jan. 24 of a complication of diseases at age 83. He is survived by his wife and four sons and three daughters. Interment was made at Twolick church Wednesday. Charles Pranen Brown died at his home in Blairsville Tuesday Jan. 26 aged 25. Services were held in St. Simon and Jude's church Thursday morning and interment in the Catholic cemetery. The deceased is survived by his wife and two children.
