Barbara M. Nicely, 31, of Avonmore RD 1, was fatally injured yesterday after a collision on Route 819 south of Apollo in Bell Township. Douglas Wright Nicely, 34, was hospitalized with leg and head injuries. two others from Leechburg were treated and released. Poor visibility and a snow drifted area contributed to the crash.
