Justice Dept Sues Firms Over Boston VA Hospital
The Department of Justice files a 4.9 million dollar damage suit in U.S. District Court against McCloskey & Co. and two Boston firms over defects in construction of the 15 story 920 bed Veterans Administration hospital in Jamaica Plain. Also named is Aetna Casualty and Surety Co. for the performance bond.
