Damage Minor In House Fire at Myers Farm
Plumville District Firemen responded to a 5 p.m. alarm when exhaust from a gas heater in an outside wall of Dennis Miller’s residence on the Otto Myers farm ignited the wall. Fire was confined to the wall interior. Miller helped contain flames by chopping a hole in the wall before responders arrived. The farm lies six miles south of Plumville. no damage estimate available.
