Firemen Respond To Two Calls In Indiana Area
Indiana firemen were summoned twice yesterday afternoon. At 1:30 p.m. they were called to a Route 286 and Indian Springs Road crash where a woman was trapped but was taken to Indiana Hospital and released after treatment. At 3:00 p.m. crews responded to 227 Courtland Road, the Leonard DeFalco residence, where a clothes dryer fire damaged the appliance and filled the home with smoke.

Six Area Traffic Mishaps Hurt Three People
Police in Indiana County investigated six traffic mishaps in 24 hours. Three people were injured two hospitalized. Youth Arrested in Bomb Threat at Local High School
Barnesboro police arrested a 15 year old boy for a bomb threat call to Northern Cambria High School in Spangler at 4 30 p m Thursday. The youth was released to his parents custody pending a juvenile hearing. He later admitted the threat was a hoax and no device was found.
