Mrs Alice E Kriner widow of William Keriner died at her home near Saltsburg on Wednesday January 12 from influenza. She was 62 and a member of the Christian church. She had two marriages and leaves children S C Dickuson of Buller Mrs Luther Widdowson of Tarentum Mes Paul E Coffman of Tunkelton and Arthur at home A brother A T Hess of Gypsy and a sister Mrs Emeline Webster of Meadville Also survive. Funeral services were conducted by Rev Mitchell at Avonmore and interment was in the Philadelphia area. Garment workers are on strike at New Alexandria.

Lowry Cameron of Indiana Pa visited a California products exhibition in Los Angeles with daily illustrated lectures and moving pictures at the Chamber of Commerce display. He plans to see the international exposition in San Diego during the event.
