Charles A. McKelvey, 42, a borough truck driver of Locust Street, died at Tudiana Hospital after his vehicle collided with a car driven by Mrs. Edward Segner at Fifth and Water streets. Segner, 28, sustained minor injuries and was sent home. Police say Segner failed to stop at the intersection. McKelvey died of injuries hours after the collision.
