No Trespassing Sign Trap Fatal To Man In Rural Feud
In Pittsburgh on January 14 a man named William Cavin was killed by a bullet in a so called death trap set by John Nardo to deter Cavin from his farm and from Cavin's alleged abuses of Nardo's daughter Marion. Nardo confessed to placing a hidden revolver in his garage triggered by a wired No Trespassing sign. Nardo, a carpenter, said Cavin's supposed raids and unwelcome attention to his daughter led to the setup. Nardo is jailed for coroner action while authorities investigate.

Arrest Two in Cafe Robbery at Coney Island Lunch
Charles Bergman and Raymond Fairman both 24 and of Indiana were arrested early today after attempting to retrieve loot from the Coney Island Lunch at 802 Philadelphia Street. Joseph Gresko 25 of Stafford was arrested after a hit and run that fatally injured 16 year old Ralph Dunlap in Cherry Tree.
