Washington Jan 13 A stop gap plan to close loopholes in federal corporation tax law was presented to the Senate Finance Committee by Le C Manson special counsel for the Couzens investigation. The plan would curb amortization and depletion allowances that cost the government millions and would require that claims arise from facilities constructed after April 6 1917 and filed in 1918 to 1921.
