Obituary notes detail Kenna youth of Aultman dies in sled crash
An Indiana County youth, Jack Kenna 14 of Aultman, died in Indiana Hospital from a fractured skull and cerebral hemorrhages after a coasting accident on an Aultman hill. A sled with Kenna and Mike Bezik 21 collided with James Ewing 18, also of Aultman, sending the deceased and Bezik down one slope while Ewing’s sled came down the opposite side. The death marks the season’s fourth coasting fatality in the county. Survived by parents Charles and Mrs Kenna, a 17 year old brother Charles, and grandfather O. S. Womer. Funeral at Osceola Mills. Burial in Osceola Mills cemetery.
