One Man Injured In Rt 119 Wreck Near Indiana
A tractor trailer and an automobile crashed on Route 118 seven miles north of Indiana after skidding on a snow covered highway. The truck was driven by Ward Hood of New Florence with Harvey Knepley of Clearfield at the rear. Damages were about $700 to the rear and $400 to the truck. Knepley suffered lacerations and possible head injuries.

Farm Youth Confesses Rape Death at Kalamazoo
In Kalamazoo Michigan a 22 year old farm youth and another man confessed to raping a coed who vanished after Thanksgiving. Valeris Matthews admitted strangling Carolyn Weemehigan on Nov 26 after the pair allegedly raped her.
