Brisburg Jan 6 The Cement of renne today announced that 1 700 000 applications for renewal of operator licenses have been mailed to holders of 1926 licenses. Expiration is Feb 28 and drivers are urged to return the forms with payment. Change of address requires notice to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles with record number.
