Washington Jan 6 Postmaster General Burleson announced plans to link Portland Maine with New Orleans and extend routes across Ohio Illinois Indiana and West Virginia with motor trucks. Some rural routes may use government trucks where bidding fails and future expansions depend on pending legislation and constitutional authority.
