Highway funds cutback may delay interstate work

Harrisburg AP reports federal highway funding cuts could shelve about 30 million dollars of interstate construction in six months if approved. The state highways secretary designate Robert G Bartlett warned the plan would affect the program, though no immediate changes are seen.
