Philip Ferraro and his paralytic wife Mary Ferraro face temporary involuntary manslaughter charges in Greensburg over the death of four year old Tommy Ferraro. Investigators say the child died of malnutrition while a possible murder charge looms after statements from 10 year old Julia Verraro. The Ferraros were arrested last Saturday and were to have a Greensburg hearing at 2 PM Friday.

Cunningham Lass Burned At Home Tragic Fire Accident
Elsie Cunningham seven year old daughter of Mr and Mrs E M Cunningham of Witts Hill died in the Indiana Hospital at 11 30 last night from burns received when her dress caught fire around 4 80 yesterday afternoon. She was playing in the living room and reached the mantle over the coal fire grate to secure a toy when flames ignited her dress. Her parents tried to extinguish the flames but could not save her. Funeral arrangements have not been announced. John Johnston aged 70 years a stone mason of the town died in the Indiana County Home at 7 80 this morning from complications. Funeral arrangements have not yet been made. Mrs Sarah Young of Yatesboro a former Indiana resident died yesterday at the home of a daughter in Cleveland. She leaves two sons W W Young Mantua Ohio and Carl Young Yatesboro two daughters Mrs Alex Jewel Strangford near Blairsville and Mrs H M Mayor of Cleveland and one sister Mrs Susan Dixon Blackidl. Funeral services will be held at Robinson undertaking Saltsburg at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon. Interment in Saltsburg cemetery. Mrs Sylvester McMillen Mary Jane McMillen aged 73 a Montgom ery township resident died December 30 from paralytic strokes. She had long been a member of Fairview Baptist Church and remained active until an illness five years ago.

Cherryhill Barn Destroyed in New Year Fire
A. B. Geesey of Cherryhill township suffered an estimated $2000 loss when his barn and contents including livestock burned on New Year’s night. The fire is said to have started from a car parked in the barn shortly before. Loss partly covered by insurance.

Little Girl Fatally Burned in Greensburg Home Incident
Funeral services were held for Jane Hileman five in Greensburg after she reached a toy on a mantle and her Indian suit caught fire from a grate. She died at Greensburg Hospital four hours later. Interment followed at St. Clair Cemetery. Jane was the daughter of Attorney G. C. Hileman and Mrs. Hileman of Greensburg, and granddaughter of the late Mis. Martha St. Clair and John M. Daugherty of Indiana.
