Surviving children include Lieut Ralph Gessler Elizabeth A Mary Caroline Robert A and Sarah Mildred with siblings Carrie Lytle Harry J Lytle and Mrs Mildred Robinson. Franklin Jan 30 A six story Park Hotel in the business district of Franklin burned last night driving nearly ten persons from rooms and apartments. Owner estimates losses around 300000 dollars. Fire Chief Clyde Reid said walls remained and the building should be torn down soon to prevent spread. One woman, Mrs Losing Smith aged 75, was trapped and had to escape through a third story window to a roof before rescue. Fire started in the basement with flames racing the elevator shaft, turning the upper half into a furnace in under an hour. Eight fire companies could only protect nearby structures.
