An ISTANBUL AP report states a DC10 jetliner carrying 380 passengers and 13 crew touched down 20 feet short of the runway at Istanbul Airport. Two passengers suffered minor injuries and the left wing caught fire but was quickly extinguished. All passengers were Turkish pilgrims returning from Mecca. The aircraft, leased to Saudi Arabian Airlines, was severely damaged.
