Collie Show Draws Entrants Across the Nation

In Floyd City Johnstown on February 24 the Collie Club of America exhibit draws fully 160 entries from across the country with 20 local entrants. John R. Filton oversees the event at the Penn Traffic Co. fire site. Notable attendees include Mrs. Walters Philadelphia with three collies and William Ellery San Francisco with five dogs. Harrisburg judge John Black presides as collies are judged by class with $700 in cash prizes and about $500 in medals to be awarded.
