Famed Engineer Answers Last Call

JOHN A. McBETH aged 83 years a retired merchant and postmaster of Connellsville died Feb 6 native of Indiana county. He moved to Fayette county, ran a tannery and later a grocery. Appointed postmaster in 1886 under Cleveland, survived by wife and four children. Bertha Margaret McKee aged seven weeks died near Indiana. Funeral near Indiana and Oakland Cemetery.
