Ridgway February 8 Former Elk County Commissioner T H Ledden died at his home after a year long illness. He and fellow ex commissioner S D Brown had been jailed for six months and fined five hundred dollars after malfeasance convictions. Ledden was 62 and came to Ridgway in 1887 to run a business before his long service as commissioner from 1906. He is survived by his wife and several children including Mrs Florence Mann and Dr John Ledden. Funeral arrangements were not announced.
