Frank Saxon a 69 year old retired coal miner of near Armagh died from injuries after being struck by a hit and run motorist on Route 22 about 5 30 p m He had been shoveling snow from his snowbound car when he was hit and left on the highway His body was found by Wilbur Brown of Bolivar and identified by Craig Fry a friend of the victim The State Police from Indiana County investigated the fatal incident and Corner Dr Edward L Fleming reported the injuries including a fractured skull and crushed ribs
