Five Jail Terms In Court Here
Five jail terms were handed down by the Indiana County Court along with 14 sentences yesterday. Harry McAdoo of Josephine received 18 months in the Allegheny County Workhouse plus a $200 fine and costs after pleading nolo contendere to involuntary manslaughter in the death of Joseph Risinger of Homer City. Risinger’s body was found near Homer City after a drunken altercation. McAdoo claimed no memory of the fight or events leading to it. Salva Jr. of Clune got six months in the Allegheny County Workhouse and $230 costs for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Alpino Dellafiora of Coral was sentenced to six months in Indiana County Jail and $350 costs after pleading guilty to three gambling law violations. The defendant was charged with gambling for a livelihood and selling.
