The 26 year old prisoner who fled the Clinton County Jail on Nov 1 after kissing his four year old daughter goodbye in the corridor was captured at his Swissdale home by Sheriff George Hickoff and State Police Sgt E W Lintz. Hamm was to begin an 18 months to three year sentence in the Allegheny County Workhouse the day after his escape for auto theft.
