Pardons Board Asked to Open Gates for 141 Prisoners
Harrisburg December 20. The State Board of Pardons was urged to release more than 100 prisoners before the New Year. Applications include 38 life-term murder cases and 12 pre ree pardons to erase convictions from records. The board will meet tomorrow to finish reviewing the 141 cases.
